We are going on a river cruise!
I have been wanting to go on a river cruise for quite some time now. I first learned about them as I started my travel planning business and it has been on my bucket list ever since.
So... I am excited to announce that we are doing TWO river cruises next year that you can join!
I know that people are more familiar with ocean cruises (which I have been on my fair share of), but river cruises are an experience much different than that. Here are some reasons why I want to do a river cruise!

Forget those mega cruise ships with thousands of people. River cruise ships are small and intimate, usually hosting just 100 to 200 passengers. Picture yourself relaxing on deck with a handful of other guests, soaking up the sun and swapping travel stories. Sounds like my type of vibe!

One word: views. River cruises take you along some seriously gorgeous rivers like the Danube, Rhine, and Mekong. But it's not just about the scenery - you'll also get to dive deep into local culture with stops in charming towns and cities along the way. Here's the cool part: river cruise ships can dock in smaller ports that big ocean liners can't reach. That means you get to explore hidden gems and get a taste of local life that most tourists miss out on. Whether it's sippin' wine at a family-owned vineyard or wandering cobblestone streets, you'll feel like a true adventurer off the beaten path.
